Each client’s property search consultant will arrange all viewings at your convenience. Consultants accompany clients on all tours, advising on the negatives as well as the positives of each property.

We oversee all research and negotiations on your behalf. It is essential to establish a considered opinion of value before starting negotiations in order to give you the confidence in the price you ultimately pay. Once a property has been selected, we assess the comparable evidence, discuss tactics and handle the negotiation. In instances where the vendor has more than one bid to consider, Lisbon Estates' relationships and reputation can cast influence, and sometimes prove critical, in tipping the balance in our clients’ favour.

Our in-house team has in-depth knowledge of the national and local taxation law and legal processes as well as a wide network of experts on the ground. It does not matter if clients are unfamiliar with areas, we will advise on which areas and styles best suit the brief. Our in-depth local knowledge also gives clients a good understanding of the availability of local amenities, schools and transport links.

Should you require the property to be furnished, we have affiliated contractors who can assist in a range of furnishing requirements. Furthermore, we can organise all removals on your behalf.
