We prepare an inventory documenting the condition of a property at the beginning and end of a lease. We accompany the inspection of a property, with the landlord or real estate professional. This ensures that the inventory is a true reflection of the condition of the property and that all parties agree and sign the inspection check list, thus removing the risk of disputes on damages and safe return of deposits.

An important part of relocating is a family settling in and feeling at home. We introduce clients to their home, the neighbourhood and useful local services. Our relocation agents assist with practical moving issues: registering with doctors and dentists, banking services and for a driver’s licence. Prior to each tour we identify key considerations using property and location overviews. This ensures that each orientation tour is focused and in keeping with both corporate and assignee expectations.

Our broad panel of providers supply furniture rental from one week to four years, for every taste and budget. Renting furniture is often preferable, saving on inconvenient and expensive removals and shipping. Some clients also prefer to rent extra items to supplement the furniture in their new home.
